Safety is our number one core value, we believe we are the first recruiter to question our candidates on their attitude to safety. We see this as the earliest possible step in the employment chain in addressing a bad attitude towards an individuals safety and wellbeing and that of their colleagues and others. Traditionally this attitude is discovered post engagement by employers, often too late and often with consequences. A poor attitude to safety is different to poor understanding of safety requirements and can be more dangerous than ignorance.
