We are looking for an experienced QS with experience in Groundworks in the Cheshire area.
Our client is a leading North West based Civil Engineering & Building Contractor based in Cheshire that provides services to a number of sectors including the education, commercial/industrial, government, utilities/infrastructure, leisure, energy and renewable energy sectors.
They have an enviable reputation of providing safe and responsible building and civil engineering services, achieving project completion within budget and to the highest standards of quality. They have successfully completed construction projects across the UK within diverse and complex environments, for both the public and private sector.

Duties will include:
- Preparing full bills of quantities
- Estimating/negotiating tenders
- Variation accounts
- Agreeing final accounts
- Cost analysis
The successful candidate must have experience within the Industrial/Commercial sector ideally specializing within a Civils/groundworks environment and will combine high professional standards and strong commercial acumen, a “can do” attitude and a desire to grow and develop with the business.
