Full understanding BSRIA & British Standards, inhibitor and corrosion chemistry with correct product selections.
Full analytical understanding chemistry and microbiological results, what are acceptable parameters, how various chemicals and biocides work. Which products complement each other and what biocides to use when organisms generate a tolerance to ones currently in use.
We want to expand into Chlorine Dioxide Unit market, must be able to understand the nuances of the supply and installation along with setting up monthly monitoring and water sampling regime, wide experience in identifying various markets and pulling in new orders.
Understanding compliance software would be a bonus.
Existing Water Treatment / HVAC Commissioning:
Expand client base & bring in work.
Work with and help develop the existing engineers’ knowledge.
Undertake surveys for proposals and recommendations.
Undertake detailed quoting of pre-commissioning water treatment jobs.
Monitor how jobs are going.
Make sure we are meeting targets.
Site meetings with clients / commissioning meetings.
Compiling of paperwork, test sheets and water chemistry lab results and issuing to client.
Work with management team to bring in contracts for monitoring works.
Set up new sites with site specific task matrixes & site-specific log books.
Set up programming for task related visits.
Either train existing engineers or help recruit staff suitable to undertake hygiene related monitoring tasks.
Push domestic sampling, closed system monitoring, closed system dosing.
Cooling tower sampling & monitoring.
Undertake site based risk assessments.
Write ups of risk assessments and issue to clients.
Quote for any remedial works off the back of the risk findings.
Expand client base in this market.
Once the client base is sufficient, set up a suitable number of staff to continue the ongoing process.
Servicing works - Undertake training and expand client base in the following areas:
Water softener servicing & Installation.
Chlorine Dioxide servicing & installation.
Tank cleaning & chlorination.
Cooling Tower cleaning & chlorination.
Tank remedial works (coating, removal and replacement of hollow pipes, installing screens or vents).
RPZ valve testing and certification.
